Mom is great. Friendly and the food is always delicious! The selection is clear, but it is difficult to choose because everything tastes very good. I recommend the main course, wonton and soup menu.

Very cozy, great funny owner, who you like to always have around you, excellent quality of the food that is also really tasty. The meals as a menu are also very rich. You have to go there more often!

Such a cute little place, very, very nice owner and incredibly good food. We felt very comfortable and were served very courteously. We had the menu with the goulash and the vegetarian “tofu with 5 spices”. Delicious and see you soon :)

Ich habe heute Abend mit meinem spanischen Freund in "Mama's Kitchen" zu Abend gegessen. Ehrlich gesagt habe ich noch nie zuvor in Deutschland so authentisches Essen aus Hongkong gegessen. Wir bestellten gegrilltes Schweinefleisch mit. mit Sicherheit sagen, dass sie 100%authentischen Hongkong-Geschmack haben! Frau Chan und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und freundlich. Das Restaurant hat eine einzigartige Atmosphäre und ist sehr gemütlich. Ich werde dieses meiter gemütlich. und natürlich werde ich hier zu Abend essen, wenn ich wieder nach Hannover zurückkomme. Tonight, I have a wonderful meal with foreign friends. D wild food is really delicious. This authentic Hong Kong food has never been eaten in Germany. We ordered the left char siu and pork ribs with black pepper, very authentic Hong Kong taste! Mr. Chen Taitongqu is very nice and friendly. The restaurant has a unique style, I feel so warm! I will definitely visit again after Hannover! Tonight I had dinner with my Spanish friend in "Mama's Kitchen". To be honest, I have never eaten such authentic food from Hong Kong before in Germany. We ordered BBQ Pork and spare ribs with black beans. I could safely say that they have 100% authentic Hong Kong taste! Mrs Chan and her husband are very nice and friendly. The restaurant has a unique atmosphere and is very cosy. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my other hk friends, and of course I will dine at here when I visit Hannover again!

First good Chinese restaurant in Hanover. We could have used a little more vegetables, but everything was very well seasoned, nice hosts, will be back :)

Mama cooks a successful and varied selection of very authentic dishes that taste super delicious and let you immerse yourself in Hong Kong between kebab shops, kiosks and the Strangriede Stage. Definitely recommendable in Hanover!

The food is okay to good. Mine was even great. However, we only got the starter after an hour and the first was finished with the main course when the last got his meal (after just under 2 hours and only 4 people). Time management urgently needs to be worked on here. Really a shame, but I would still give the restaurant a chance.

I was looking for a little bit of Hong Kong, as I am there often and wanted to bring the food from there closer to my friends. The food here is absolutely delicious and is better than anything I've tried in Wan Chai in Hong Kong. Super nice and friendly owners and great food. Definitely a recommendation! 好好 食

Very friendly little restaurant. The food was excellent and authentic. If you want to enjoy Chinese food beyond what is often offered, this is the place for you!

The best Chinese restaurant in Hanover so far. This shop is kinda small, in summer people can eat outside but in winter, I don’t think they could take many customers. The portion is not too big but also not too small, just perfect. As a guest you can also write something in guests book, which is cool. For meat lovers this shop is place to go, but as a vegan or vegetarian you have only 4 options and it’s kind of boring. As a vegetarian I would like to taste those mapo tofu but they serve only with meat. So sad. Nevertheless the foods are delicious.

As a Hongkonger, it is a place you would feel home. One can dine in, have a nice chat with the friendly couple who runs the place. I also preorder food (I did it online) to bring home. As a working mum, I appreciate the choice to have dishes already well portioned, well packed and frozen. I can get different choices and serve it during the week when I'm too busy to cook. My kid loves the fried chicken chop the best, and I love all the dishes there.

Goed here on recommendation and were not disappointed. It is a small but nice place. The owners are very friendly and prepare the dishes themselves. Without much frills and very tasty. The menu included a very delicious soup, which cannot be compared with the usual sweet / sour soups in other Asian restaurants, and wontons filled with minced meat. The tea is refilled with hot water until the end of the visit, which is very attentive. I can only recommend Mamas Kitchen and look forward to the next visit there.

Super authentic cuisine with nice owners. We were served very courteously and ordered a menu consisting of soup, starter and main course for € 15. There is also tea or cold soft drinks. The dishes create the balancing act between the well-known East Asian cuisine and new dishes that surprise. Highly Recommended.

By far the best Asian restaurant in town - incredibly nice and funny boss who is also in the kitchen. Great authentic Hong Kong food. I was often in Asia and my companion studied in Hong Kong and we were both absolutely thrilled. The price is perfectly okay and the choice of dishes makes it incredibly difficult. It all sounds great. We chose the menu with soup, super juicy homemade WAN tans and other dumplings. Everything fresh and homemade. As a main course we had silken tofu with minced meat and the braised ribs with fermented beans. A very large portion each. The meat was absolutely perfect, very juicy and a nice flavorful sauce. Cooking is still really authentic here. The boss then brought us some of the BBQ pork. It was enough to kneel down!

I love this restaurant and this is surely one of the best restaurant in hannover. The food i really authentic and of course taste very good. I like the atmosphere is this restaurant, very cozy and comfy. The price is fair, for 15 euro you got the main course, soup and dumpling of the day and also you can buy the frozen food here. When i eat here it feels like my grandma make food for me and the best part is this restaurant doesnt use MSG at all, so it will be more healthy than average chinese food. I recommend to eat crispy chicken and gulou yuk. The couple that runs this restaurant is also very kind and welcoming, this make me want to come and eat there again

The food is really good and authentic, it reminded us of the food back at home where i came from. The atmosphere is also really nice and homey too. I would definitely come again
